I Dreamed a Dream…

….and that dream was for a Les Miserables movie. Ok so this isn’t strictly a ‘fashion’ post but I’m beyond excited for this film to come out at Christmas. And how great does Anne Hathaway sound as Fantine?!

With a stellar cast (including the beautiful Eddie Redmayne) what more could you want?!

I’m sold!

p.s. I’m off to Berlin this week so I’m hoping to visit lots of flea markets and vintage shops and hopefully come back with some pretty things. I’ll show you what I find when I get back.

What a suprise at the loveliness of Daks at London Fashion Week

Daks was always going to be a good old English Heritage show and I think some of the looks may be my favourite of the season.
In particular one thing to definitely note for AW11 is silk skirt with bum covering jumper and tan leather waist belt. Oh so simple but very effective. Imagine a cosy retreat in the good old English countryside sitting around a log fire and you’re pretty much there.
